School District No. 38 (Richmond) an exciting, diverse, multi-cultural, collaborative educational community with over 20,000 students and 50 sites, invites applications for the position of Project Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and completion of capital projects of various sizes and complexity within the District.  Duties involve establishing and managing project teams through project planning, consultation selection, tender preparation, construction, contract administration and budgeting phases for renovation and new construction of District facilities.

We are seeking an individual with several years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a university degree in Architecture, Engineering or a Project Management Professional certification. Applicants must possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills along with thorough knowledge of building systems, codes, standards and regulations.
