Job description

We are looking for someone with the ability to assist in the expansion of an installation, maintenance and service program for general ventilation systems and spray booths.

Qualifications

A unique individual with refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, gas or millwright background
Knowledge of air make up units and controls
Requires some hands on using these skills and wants to move to the next level
This position requires good diagnostic abilities

Responsibilities

Provide technical and or management support to assure projects are completed on time
Select subcontractors  and coordinate their activities, expedite drawings, scope of work
Some supervision of employees and subcontractors is required

Education

Completion of high school and additional vocational training credentials,
First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Driver’s License
Forklift and man-lift certificates
CADD Experience an asset

Personal attributes

Assertive, self-reliant, independent but knows when to ask for help
Has good  computer and time management skills
Detail oriented, self-reliant and disciplined

Skills

Understands construction methodologies
Ability to read blue prints and understand specifications
Has performed a training and supervisory role in the past
Good communication skills
The ability to work with licensed trades
