Project Coordinator – BFG Enterprise Services – Markham, ON

Role: Under general supervision, works on various elements of projects, provides Project Managers with administrative support as required.  Liaises internally and externally to arrange meetings; maintains databases relating to project progress and budgets.  Provides full analytical support following existing methodologies in place.

Responsibilities:

Enter and track events in Quick Base.
Prepare project billing files
Prepare technician work orders and scope of work communications.
Asset management – inventory tracking and reporting
Gather, compile asset inventory update files.
Oversee and report shipping and staging execution
Oversee and report returns
Resource scheduling
Communicate, manage and oversee Staging and configuration requirements.
Communicate, create and oversee product shipments.
