Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing (high-tech) space, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Markham, ON.  The successful candidate, while mainly on the Afternoon and Midnight shifts, will be responsible for the overall production  and supervision of employees within an unionized setting.  This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
Minimum 3-5 years Supervisory experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Experience working within a unionized environment
Ability to work on the afternoon and midnight shift(s) consistently
Excellent leadership, motivational and problem-solving skills
Experience with SMT manufacturing process an asset

Compensation:  $60,000 – $70,000 + OT (+ shift premium)
