Country Ribbon Inc. is an integrated chicken production and processing company that markets products under the Country Ribbon, Pinehill and other brand names. Country Ribbon operates a livestock feed mill, production complex and processing plant in the St. John’s area.

We are currently seeking to fill the role of Production Supervisor in our Further Processing department at our processing plant in Pleasantville.  Your responsibilities will include the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of all activities in the further processing department in order to ensure the production of a top quality product while maintaining an acceptable level of efficiency. You will ensure the production processes,  food safety and employee safety issues are maintained to acceptable standards.  This is primarily a Monday to Friday day shift position but some flexibility is required.

This is a fast paced working environment and ideally will require an individual with proven leadership and organizational skills, preferably with experience in a food processing environment. While some post-secondary training is desired, an equivalent combination of training and experience would be considered.
