Our client, a leading supplier for the automotive industry, is currently seeking a Production Manager – Weld Dept. to join their team just West of Kitchener, ON. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for welding production activities within the company including planning, executing, conducting reviews, manage performance, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education in Engineering or a related field
5 years production managerial experience within the automotive industry
Experience with Stamping, Welding, and Mig Welding, Metal forming
Proven ability to lead manufacturing supervisor, coordinators, and production teams
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000/Year
