Our client, a leader in the food industry, is currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team in the London, ON area (1 hour North). The ideal candidate will be  supervising plant operations, plant safety and quality issues, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
3-5 years Production Management experience, preferably in the Food industry
Proven ability to lead production teams in meeting goals/deadlines/conflict resolution
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understanding of HACCP and GMP procedures

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
