Our client, a leading manufacturer, is currently seeking a Plant / Production Manager in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time/permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall plant operations and personnel as it relates to production, scheduling, maintenance, health & safety, among other duties.

Qualifications:

Post Secondary Education, preferably in a technical/mechanical field
5-10 years senior management experience in a CNC / machine-shop environment
Ability to lead & motivate a team from a leadership role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year
