Mrs. Dunster’s has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for more than 40 years. We are a family owned and operated organization based in Sussex New Brunswick, we are most famous for our donuts and ginger snaps.

Mrs. Dunster’s now operates a second commercial bakery in Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island, producing a full range of artisan and home-style bread and roll products. We are looking to build on the great team we have in place today by hiring a Plant Manager to oversee the operations at our Borden-Carleton facility.

As part of the management team, your primary responsibilities will be to lead a motivated and experienced team while overseeing production, warehousing, maintenance, health & safety and quality.

As the ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of management experience within a food manufacturing facility – bakery experience would definitely earn you extra donuts.  Ideally you have demonstrated your ability to lead people, you have worked in a HACCP, BRC or SQF environment. you are mechanically inclined and comfortable following Good Manufacturing Processes and establishing/writing SOP’s to ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed.
