Our client, a leading automotive supplier in Vaughan, ON, is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations / production functions as well as leading and managing the machine shop. This is a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications:
Post Secondary Education
7+ years progressive Operations Management experience within the automotive space
Experience in a CNC machine shop environment
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong understanding of ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 14001, and APQP requirements

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
