My client has been around for over 10 years, is a major force in the North, and is growing. They are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations
Manage and schedule equipment, material and people
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and crew
Manage the workforce and establish a team environment
Ensure all operations are performed within health and safety guidelines

Required skills and experience:

15+ years previous operations management experience in the oil and gas industry
Experience in leading teams to successfully complete janitorial, construction, piping and earthworks projects
Experience in building relationship with clients and suppliers
Proven track record of managing a team successfully
