Qualifications:

Mining Engineering Degree
10+ Years Mining Experience – Coal specifically preferred
Demonstrated proficiency organizing and leading mining teams safely, successfully meeting production targets and promoting teamwork (both union and non-union)
Strong understanding of standards, legislation and commitment to ensuring compliance
Demonstrated Business acumen in developing operational plans (short and long term) and budgets.
