Job description:

Manage office staff and operations
Report directly to VP Operations
Organization of staff schedules to meet client deliverables
Ensure client expectations are met through production targets
Develop and maintaining company standards and quality deliverables
Collaborate with staff to implement strategies as they relate to internal operations
Manage and supervise operational staff, overseeing work schedules and assigning specific tasks or duties as required

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in staff management and scheduling
5 years of experience managing operations in a project driven environment
PMP accreditation would be an asset
Hands-on experience with telecom industry in fiber optics would be an asset
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications or experience
Proactive and Creative thinker

Job Specific Information:

This is a full time permanent position
Entitlement to full company benefits after probation period of 3 months
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must provide drivers abstract upon hire
Upon hiring employee will be required to pass a back check process
