Cresco, a leading new home construction, land development, property management, and real estate company located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is seeking the services of an Operations Manager for their new home construction activities.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be a member of the senior management team and have primary day-to-day responsibility for the leadership of the construction activities of the company, including design, construction, marketing, sales and customer service.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the ideal applicant will have completed a post-secondary program in business, engineering or construction management (or equivalent experience), is a motivated team player, has excellent organizational skills, is a creative thinker who understands customer needs, market trends and general marketing principals, has problem solving, judgement and decision making ability, and is a hands-on, results oriented individual.
