Reporting directly to the General Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to maintain, plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate and achieve the overall office operations ensuring optimal systems are in place and followed.
Supporting the GM, you will be responsible for effective office Management (Including but not limited to succession planning, training, assessment, discipline, implementing and re-evaluating). Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and continuously adhere to and improve the quality management process and systems.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in administration, office management, and/or accounting with three or more years’ experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Team player, proven progressive management skills
Service focused and collaborative
Experience with Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office suite of programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new programs and technological changes
Knowledge of WinWard would be an asset
Thorough understanding of accounting practices and principals
Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Critical thinking, decision making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Bilingual (English and French)
