Office Coordinator – Nova Scotia – True North Clinical Research

True North Clinical Research is conducting ground-breaking research in Nova Scotia with clinics located in Halifax and Kentville. We play an important role in improving treatments for people with conditions like Alzheimer’s Disease, depression and diabetes, among others. Clinical trials are an essential part of developing these new, potentially life-changing drugs. It is our belief that the people of Atlantic Canada deserve the best possible treatment options, including access to drugs they might otherwise not have access to. Our ideal Office Coordinator
You are a self-starter that is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. You are organized, proactive and take pride in setting up systems so the office runs smoothly. You like variety in your role. You consider yourself persistent and innovative and never take no at face value. When trying to solve problems, you keep trying until you find a way to make it work. You have experience working in a busy office, preferably in a clinical setting. You have superior customer service skills and are a team player.

You have a degree from a post secondary institution and preferably some Medical Administration experience, or at least comfortable with medical terminology. You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
