An Office Administrator position is available at Community Integration Services Society, a not for profit organization, providing services to adults with developmental disabilities, office located in Port Coquitlam.
The Society is looking for the successful applicant to start on June 1, 2015. This part time 30 hour per week position comes with an excellent benefit package and a pension plan (once vested).
The successful applicant must have a demonstrated competency in written and verbal communication and be fluent in English. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented and is able to solve problems and meet deadlines.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, 2 years education and experience in full cycle accounting with experience using Quick books and Quicken programs as well as financial statement preparation.
The successful individual must be able to present financial information at meetings in a clear and comprehensive way; experience in human resources (unionized and non unionized employees) is an additional asset.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a good positive attitude, is punctual and reliable, able to take direction as well as complete all tasks independently and have their own means of transportation.
Hourly rate $25.76 per hour.
The person hired must be supportive of the Society’s Mission to Support Adults with Developmental Disabilities to be active members of their own community.
