Integral HR Solutions is commencing a search for a globally recognized client. Primary duties include providing direction to franchise dealers across Canada with the goal of improving efficiencies and driving bottom line profits.
The selected candidate will be based out of their home office. That said, travel (75%) from West Coast to East Coast is required. A competitive salary, group benefits, company car and incentive compensation are all included.
The role involves facilitating regional training sessions for Account Managers and Franchise Owners. Establishing and introducing proven best in class sales strategies and practices is a requirement of the role.
The selected candidate will have an established business acumen, a post secondary education, effective consultative competencies and a penchant for sales/business development.
