Our client, a leader in the food sector is seeking a National Sales Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in Toronto, ON.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, leading and managing the entire sales function (and its staff) within Canada, while being a hands-on sales professional in order to continually grow the organization’s business.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Degree
Minimum 5-7 years Sales Management experience within the food / CPG industry
Experience within the bakery/baked good space a MUST
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and policies
Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 salary + commissions
