Position is for an experienced Mortgage Administrator or Agent who wishes to take their business to the next level. The successful candidate will be dedicated, disciplined and motivated to succeed and contribute to the success of the company by providing an exceptional level of service and advice to our clients, the candidate must have worked as a mortgage agent or administrator for the past two years.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop and close mortgage related referrals from realtors, builders, lawyers and other centres of influence
Meet with applicants to process their mortgage application
Provide sound credit recommendations and solutions to meet unique needs of each applicant
Leveraging your skills in consultative sales, you will provide exceptional level of service and advice to new applicants
Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Mortgage products and services offered by all insurers and our main lenders.
Ensure all transactions are documented and accurately completed in a timely and professional manner

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
MUST HAVE Mortgage Agent License or Brokerage License – FSCO approved

Knowledge of the Mortgage industry
Ability to build strong and profitable relationships
Flexibility – must be able to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Filogix software and CRM experience is an asset
