Our Client located in Guelph, Ontario has asked us to assist them in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer.

Qualifications

Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
Project Management experience
5+ years experience in Lead production and Manufacturing technology

Responsibilities

Interface with the development team and vendors to define project scope, resolve technical issues and assist with the preparation of procurement documents
Develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive with production targets, size and select equipment, materials and process systems
Develop, mentor and train the engineering team
Accountable for successful completion of the assigned manufacturing engineering tasks
