The Comox Valley Regional District is seeking a full-time permanent manager of legislative service (Deputy Corporate Officer) to join our corporate services branch.

The corporate services branch operates in a support fashion to ensure the administrative, communications and information technology needs of other Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) branches are met.

The manager of legislative services leads the provision of legislative, governance and administrative services in accordance with statutory corporate administration requirements of the Local Government Act. The position is a key advisor to the general manager of corporate services, the board, chief administrative officer (CAO) and executive on corporate administration. The position attends board and committee meetings and is named a deputy officer responsible for corporate administration under the Local Government Act.
