Based in Saskatoon, this role will act as a strategic partner and business advisor to the executive team on all matters relating to HR. This individual will create and implement HR systems for the business and will then foster a culture of accountability to these HR practices. Along with managing all day-to-day administrative and operational HR functions such as recruitment, organizational development, and risk management, a focus of this role will be developing key performance indicators for employees and a related measurement and rewards system.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and demonstrated experience creating an organization’s HR strategy. This individual will be comfortable holding all employees accountable to the HR practices they develop to ensure a successful implementation and buy-in across the organization. In addition, experience with the development and application of key performance indicators and a range of rewards programs is a must. Experience working within a privately held organization in the construction or related field would be considered an asset. A degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
