Job Duties:
Plan and supervise the operations of the service delivery and parts sales
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
Locate and select merchandise for resale
Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
Resolve customer complaints
Determine staffing requirements and assist in hiring staff

Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
Experience working in Automotive Shop / Dealership
Background in parts and service management is preferred
Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge Jeep Ram is as asset
Automotive technician or parts technician background is preferred but not required
