Our client, a leading automotive supplier in Markham, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Main responsibilities include: supervising hourly skilled trades staff; overseeing daily maintenance activities and working with production to ensure goals are met. This is a full-time / permanent position on a Weekend Shift.

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education in a technical discipline
Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience within a highly automated environment
Strong background in PLC / Controls programming and pneumatics
Experience with developing and implementing PM programs
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Able to work weekend shift

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
