Our client, a leading automotive supplier in Markham, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an opportunity to join a stable organization who is an industry leader in their space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance function as well as leading and managing the maintenance team. The successful candidate will also be an “outside the box” thinker who can bring an injection of new ideas and concepts to the department and organization.

Qualifications:
Post Secondary Education
Minimum 7-10 years progressive Maintenance Management experience within the automotive space
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10-15 (Supervisors; Skilled Trades)
In-depth experience with PM programs
Critical thinker who can bring in new ideas as well as solve problems
Excellent computer skills

Compensation: $100,000 per year + bonus
