Junior Architectural Sales Development Rep – Nadurra Wood Corp.

Position:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic self starter who is looking to develop a professional career in green business. Initially the candidate’s main functions include New Business development and Outbound marketing campaigns to the Architectural/Interior Design and Building industry. This candidate will also assist in most aspects of the day to day business support including: sampling, customer service, and marketing.

Sales Development:
Prospecting/lead generation, Promote sales to existing/new clients, prepare or oversee preparation of sales or other contracts, conduct sales transactions, estimate/quote prices, credit or contract terms, product care/warranties and delivery dates, post sales follow up,
This salaried position can lead to a sales position for greater income potential if the candidate has the aptitude and drive. (Approx. timeline 1 to 2 years)

Marketing:
Product marketing to architects, designers, decorator and builders
Provide clients presentations of the features & benefits of our products
Update sample libraries for existing clients and coordinate shipping/courier
Tradeshow Product Representative and tradeshow participation

Customer Service and Sales Support:
Initial customer contact for inquiries and customer support
Logistics – coordination of product delivery to customers across North America
Answer in-bound calls
Process orders, invoicing and debt collection
Assist in maintaining showroom and sample room
Assist in conducting homeowner maintenance training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Business development and direct sales experience required
Minimum 2+ year relevant work experience with an established company
Knowledge and passion for environmental and green business
Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

Desire to sell
Outstanding follow up and customer service skills
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Bilingual French/English (Oral and written) are an asset
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in team environments.
