As an Implementation Consultant you will provide expert consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, application training and application build activities, go-live support, and post go-live optimization.
You will fully engage the customer at all levels (CEO, physicians, IT, training, billing, finance, office managers, and receptionists) to design and implement a Phreesia solution which maximizes value for the customer. These customers include specialty groups, regional multi-specialty practices and hospitals. The position interacts with customers virtually and/or on-site.
This is a telecommute position for the Greater Toronto Area. The position will also require significant travel to work on location at client sites across North America. Applicant must be eligible to work in the United States. Phreesia, Inc.’s Canadian office is based in Ottawa, Ontario.
Responsibilities
Workflow discovery:
Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of client’s practice management and patient intake process.
Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of policies and programs currently in place for patient intake process.
Workflow design:
Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures leveraging Phreesia’s software solution.
Analytics of patient intake:
Work with clients to understand how to leverage the solution’s analytics suite of offerings to assess the overall financial health of the organization.
Conduct implementation tasks including workflow analysis and redesign, application training, application build, training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization
Provide industry and application consulting and offer recommendations
Perform gap analysis to identify implementation issues and consult on options to address issues
Collaborate with Phreesia teams including Support, Account Management, Product Management and Sales to address customer issues
Lead go-live activities, observing results, refining and driving continuous delivery improvement
Communicate effectively at all levels
Lead Phreesia implementation projects, serving as the primary customer contact
Develop and manage project plan, utilizing project management software
Manage implementation issues, escalating when appropriate.
Identify resource needs and develop a plan to utilize resources to meet project scope
Maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and manage project scope to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget
Support sales team during contract negotiations.
Maintain understanding of how the application is used and configured, including the ability to provide an application overview
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years healthcare software project Management and implementation experience required, ideally working for a healthcare technology vendor
Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
Application and industry knowledge
Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
Experience implementing a SaaS Solution
50% travel to client sites across North America
Ability to effectively telecommute, fostering relationships primarily by telephone and email
Must have access to transportation
Must have or be eligible for immigration authorization to work in the United States
