Organizing Service Techs
Making sure techs have adequate truck stock
Quickly responding and setting up techs for upcoming jobs
Follow-up with customers
Invoicing and Estimating
Preparing invoicing including pricing parts and labour
Tracking techs Packing slips and allocating to PO’s
Ensuring techs follow safety requirements and have proper safety training
Training or arranging proper training for service techs
Cold calls, networking to meet sales targets for service maintenance agreements
Preparing service agreements
Effective use of time, strong time management skills
Extreme importance on organizational skills
Strong computer skills
