The District of Saanich is looking for a seasoned HR professional with expertise in developing pro-active solutions to complex disability management challenges.
Are you are a self-starter with a “hands-on” attitude, who thrives in a team environment? Do you value respectful and cooperative working relationships? Do you enjoy a fast paced environment and have a strong customer service orientation? We want to hear from you!
You have a comprehensive knowledge of disability case management, benefit administration, and human resources best practices. You are a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour. In addition to your three or more years of experience in benefits administration and disability management, you have a University degree in a related field or Certification in Disability Management and/or combination of education and experience equivalent to a university degree.
The monthly salary for this exempt position is $6,345 – $7,426 with an excellent benefits package. Job description and competition information can be found at www.saanich.ca.
