Our client, a medium sized marketing company is experiencing growth and thus is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team in Toronto, ON.  In this newly created and exciting role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function; creating and implementing policies and procedures, among other duties as assigned.  This is a full-time/permanent opportunity.

Qualifications:

Post – Secondary Education in Human Resources Management
3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably from the technical space
CHRL Designation (or working towards)
Previous experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
