Working closely with the Health, Safety and Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the human resource functions of the company. Your duties will include:
Managing a full-cycle recruitment process including job postings and arranging interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining and updating Team Member information
Monitoring certification requirements and oversee recertification processes
Tracking Team Member development
Providing administrative support
As the ideal candidate, you have completed a post-secondary education at the college level. As a mature, enthusiastic individual, you are compassionate, enjoy working with people and have an exceptional attention to detail. With solid organizational skills and a proactive approach, you are able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Above average correspondence and document management skills are required.
