Job Description

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, the human resources & office manager will:

Monitor and maintain employee morale and satisfaction on a proactive basis.
Oversight of employee payroll, health insurance, and general human resource information.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee exit requirements with managers and directors.
Auditing and reporting on employee compensation guidelines using external sources.
Manage employee time tracking and KPI systems and provide reports to managers.
Office management including supplier management, landlord relations, inventory control for core items, and general facility access.
Joint health & safety committee oversight.

Qualifications:

Legally entitled to work in Canada
Post-secondary degree in business administration.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
High level of competence with Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Able to relocate to (if applicable) and work in Fredericton, NB.
