We are seeking an HR professional to join our team and support the District of Squamish in a multi-faceted HR role. As the HR Coordinator you will build strong relationships with our employees and be a trusted advisor and coach to our managers and leaders. You will work closely with the HR team and internal departments to support a workplace culture that is hardwired for success.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Health & Safety program with a goal of obtaining COR Certification
Disability management & benefit administration
Recruitment and labour relations support
Our ideal candidate will not only possess their Canadian Registered Safety Professional but will also be in possession of, or eligible for, their Certified Human Resource Professional designation. If you are an HR professional who has four years of related experience in the areas of Health and Safety and disability management, who thrives in a fast paced environment, and are hardwired for adventure, then we want to hear from you!

Compensation: Salary range $58,487- $68,807 depending on experience and includes an excellent benefits package as well as a compressed work week.
