Our team of gaming and entertainment industry veterans is expanding and we want you to join us. We are looking for a Global Community Manager to be a champion for our mobile portfolio and developers, implement engaging marketing campaigns, and foster our world wide digital community of fans.
This is a full-time position based in Ottawa and reports to our head of publishing.
Description of Duties
Develop, implement, track, and automate marketing campaigns.
Setup and own marketing roadmap
Optimize ROI performance
Align strategies and execution with stakeholders
Creative community member acquisition
Find innovative ways to attract, retain, and engage with community members
React to, and exploit dynamic trends
Social media marketing
Develop, execute and automate social media marketing campaigns
Track and report on effectiveness of campaigns
Find ways to improve and evolve campaign strategies
Manage and create content for a variety of social media channels
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, etc.
Establish and maintain active online campaigns
Community interaction
Act as a company ambassador in the on-line community
Build credibility and relationships with on-line community members
Customer relations – respond to external requests and feedback
Desired Skills and Expertise
3-5 years online marketing or community management experience.
Degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
Previous experience leading, organizing and executing marketing efforts.
Experience in product, email, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with A/B multivariate testing.
Knowledge/enthusiasm for the mobile app space.
Passion for using and consuming mobile content.
Understands user behaviour within apps.
Effective writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
Adaptability within a wide range of software and tools.
Image editing skills an asset.
Can work autonomously and solve problems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
