Windsor Squash & Fitness Club, located in Windsor, Ontario, seeks a Full time Squash Professional.  Responsibilities for this position include developing and organizing a variety of Squash leagues tournaments and other programs, as well as building on a successful junior program and delivering private lessons to members.

Windsor Squash & Fitness Club is a 24000 sq/ft facility that has been operation since 1973.  The facility consists of a full service gym and is equipped with 5 international singles squash courts and 1 north American doubles court.

Qualifications:

Canadian NCCP Level 3+ or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching competitive Junior players.
Proven record of developing and growing Squash programming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Interpersonal skills

Remuneration:

Full Time position
Salary Range of $50 000 to $80 000 per year, which includes a base salary, commissions and incentives.
