General Manager – Marberg – Toronto, ON

General Manager required for a not for profit professional association.

The ideal candidate would have exceptional managerial skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office or General Manager.

You must have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of matters including liaising between office staff and the Board, general supervision of employees, performing general bookkeeping functions, coordinating with building maintenance, supporting various committees within the organization, coordinating and scheduling projects and coordinating annual administration operating budget for approval of the Board.

This position requires strong technical skills in Word, Excel, membership databases and PC Law.

You should have top notch organizational skills and be consistently able to meet deadlines, have a thorough knowledge of employment policies and practices, be an excellent communicator with a professional attitude, and be available to attend various events and after hour meetings.
