Do you have 2 years of relevant work experience?

This is a full-time (40hr+), permanent position.

Salary: $18.50 per/hr, +benefits package

Your duties:

Plan, organize and manage establishment
Ensure customers are leaving with a great experience
Resolve or elevate any customer complaints
Hire Teammates that fit Hubbub’s culture. Work with RM to anticipate staffing needs to ensure adequate teammates on staff.
Follow Hubbub training manuals and training systems to allow each teammate to reach their full potential.
Create and distribute weekly schedules, adjusting weekly hours according to forecasted sales, holidays, and special events
Ensure adherence to recipes and food prep procedures
Maintain efficient ordering and negotiate with suppliers
Manage catering orders
