The District of Summerland is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Gardener / Grounds Person. The work involves the performance of general landscape duties and is responsible for maintaining healthy plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, and grasses.

This position requires completion of a two-year diploma in horticulture or related discipline, a minimum two years’ experience in landscape maintenance or related fields plus a valid B.C. Driver’s License – Class 5 with a clean driver’s abstract.

This is a CUPE full-time position (40 hours per week) and provides a competitive remuneration ($25.89 – $28.77 per hour) and benefits package.
