Job Description:
Business Location: 7311, Hillborn Street, Summerland, BC – V0H 1Z7

Number of positions: 2

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Year –round work

Wages: $15.00/hour

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work Conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-packed environment, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing and walking

Job Duties:
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
Supervise farm operations and train farm workers.
Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
Maintain quality control and production records.
Perform general farm duties.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience required
Ability to work early morning and weekends
Ability to work in fast paced environment which may be physically demanding. Heavy lifting required
Essential Skills: Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Significant use of memory
Other: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
