Nestled in the scenic Qu’Appelle Valley and approximately 75 kilometres north east of Regina, Fort Qu’Appelle is a progressive Saskatchewan community of over 2000 people.
With the assistance of HMC Management Inc, Council is seeking the services of a qualified Facility Operations Manager (FOM) to provide administrative leadership regarding the operation and maintenance of its parks and recreation facilities.
Ideally you are an effective communicator and have strong technical skills in municipal recreation facility operation and maintenance. Combined with a working knowledge of systems and equipment for assigned recreation facilities, you will provide leadership to Council, staff and the community.
With your diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in recreation or recreation facility management, combined with a minimum of two years’ experience in a municipal recreation setting, complimented by certifications in pool and arena operations or a Western Facility Operator Master Certificate, or as a current Facility Operations Manager (FOM) in a municipal setting or equivalent recreation facility operation experience within a larger organization, you will play an integral management role for the Town.
If you meet the minimum skills and qualifications the salary range for the FOM is $55,000 – $75,000/annum.
