We are currently offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for an exceptional leader to assume the role of Director of Park Operations.  Reporting directly to the Cultus Lake Park Board Commissioners, the Director of Park Operations will lead a group of dedicated management and union staff and is responsible for the administration and management of Cultus Lake Park.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified, accomplished, and highly motivated individual who possesses strong academic credentials with several years’ experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a parks setting with Local Government.  This role requires a team oriented individual who leads by example and epitomizes a customer service focused environment that can deal effectively with elected officials, the public, and staff.
