Hillside Pines is a Registered Eden Alternative Home to 50 Elders in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. We are currently seeking a positive, energetic individual to lead the nursing care team ensuring that we continue our vision as “A Great Place to Live and Work”

If you:

Can show evidence of skills in leadership, mentoring, staff development and quality care/best practices,
have a good understanding of the Eden Alternative philosophy and can demonstrate a passion/willingness to lead by example with this person centered care initiative,
have compassion, empathy and experience dealing with and advocating for Elders and/or their families,
have experience with Elders,( a definite asset)
have a minimum of five (5) years management experience
Have current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses, N.S. with a degree in Nursing.
