KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Monitor systems, data and program data regularly diagnose and uncover operational performance deficiencies, adjust and inform as necessary for optimum workforce performance.
Work collaboratively with other team members in the Data In-Data-Out Services provided by the Data Services Team to both internal and external customers
Consult with Data Services Coordinator pertaining to the dynamic and changing needs of customer programs and their associated performance metrics
Assume responsibility as needed for complex, net new, or other relevant customer data import/export needs for assessment on automation eligibility, or other streamlining efforts
End User beta testing and recommendations for improvements, enhancements and bug fixes on internally developed operations tools
Authoring of system manuals and documenting code based applications
Ability to identify areas of improvement in the areas of process
Compile, analyze, and produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and other reports as requested using a variety of reporting mechanisms
Act as general Data Services Team member performing other ad-hock tasks, assignments and projects as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent analytical skills following best practices in data modeling, manipulation, and optimization
Own the responsibility and accountability for an identified set of goals and objectives
Display the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
Strong MS office skills with an emphasis on Excel ( xlsx, csv, and .txt files)
Familiar with ETL (Extract-Transfer-Load) processes
MS SQL Server (Transact SQL, Integration services, Reporting Services)
Programming languages: .NET, VBasic preferred
CRM tools ideally Infor CRM (formerly SalesLogix) Five9s, Salesforce
Application support for internal/external clients
Experience in customizing SalesoLogix is desired but not essential
SharePoint experience is desired but not essential
