Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for working with our current customer/consumer base to ensure a superior customer/consumer experience. We are looking for someone who is full of personality, loves to problem solve, and has a true passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by answering all incoming customer service inquiries, via phone and email.
Promptly respond to customer requests and address customer concerns by ensuring an initial contact is made with the customer, within the current business day.
Actively maintain customer interaction information.
Meet specified service level requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Remain current on technical information regarding natural health products industry and new and existing Nature’s Way products in order to effectively respond to client inquiries and concerns.
Effectively promote Nature’s Way products and educate customers.
Effectively sell and promote Nature’s Way products through effective inbound order processing.
Effectively work in close collaboration with outside sales representatives and other departments such as marketing and accounting.
Perform sales-related administrative duties in a timely manner
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a phone based office environment. Telephone sales or account management experience preferred
Strong customer service background and experience is required
Consultative selling background and experience would be an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
Highly driven and positive team player
Ability to work through rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledge of natural health products industry would be considered an asset.
Experience with SAP and/or CRM tools would be an asset.
Strong technical aptitudes and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Post-secondary education considered an asset.
Bilingualism (English and French) would be considered a significant asset
