Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to deliver an effective commercial strategy in Canada, drive costs and efficiency improvements and ensure staff performance.

This will involve:

Driving business growth and market share through engagement with customers;
Providing leadership to managers and professional staff across the business units including Operations, Chartering, Finance, Safety and Compliance, Technical and Human Resources;
Developing relations with offshore personnel;
Ensuring performance targets are met;
Ensuring customer service is carried out in line with overall strategy;
Providing exemplary customer service;
Constantly endeavours to standardise and optimise customer service processes;
Ensuring that Operations perform effectively in pursuit of reliability and cost containment;
Driving efficiency in the organization with a focus on cost and profitability.

Who we are looking for

You will have solid experience in management within a similar international organization.

You will have:

Strong practical knowledge of the offshore Oil and Gas industry;
A well established network of industry contacts;
Successful leadership skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
