CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prompt, responsive and excellent customer service
Analyze issues and problem-solve to develop optimum solutions
Enter customer purchase orders in the system
Generate work orders
Provide coordination and assistance during client visits
Manage communications dealing with changes, delays or any other customer issues
Follow up with clients on required details to ensure the orders are processed timely and accurately
Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding status of orders
Proactively advise internal departments of any changes or expected orders
Create reports, graphs, and charts for both internal and external clients
REQUIREMENTS
Engaging personality, high energy and “can do” attitude
Prior logistics routing experience
Direct experience responding to clients or customers via email
Ability to travel (day trips or short overnight trips) to client sites within North America
Strong Excel skills
Understanding of apparel product development process would be an asset
