Infinity Claims Management Solutions is limited corporation managing claims resulting from flooring issues and failures. The company also provides training services, expert consulting and mediation. We are currently operating throughout Canada with clients from around the world. We specialize in inspecting and investigating flooring complaints through detailed examination and testing. From here we assist our clients with the claim through settlement conference or trial. On the proactive side we provide training to aspects of the industry.
We are currently seeking a self motivated individual to help manage the current work load and expand into the commercial flooring field. This individual will require minimal supervision and able to set their own goals when dealing with new or current clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in a team environment accomplishing the set goals while adhering to company policies and procedures while meeting deadlines
Act as a third party and be unbiased when dealing with clients
Providing factual answers, solutions and advice to clients depending upon their needs
Conflict resolution; responding to issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the company
Be available for last minute out-of-town travel if required
QUALIFICATIONS:
8 – 10 years’ experience:
With general management duties and customer service
In the residential and commercial flooring with emphasis on floor maintenance
Comprehensive Knowledge of floor maintenance products and procedures
The ability to recognize and identify different types of flooring
Certified or able to obtain certain flooring certifications
Able to create detailed reports on flooring
Previous experience in court trials and settlement conferences
Bondable or able to obtain police clearance check
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Proven track record establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients
Organized record keeping
