Call Centre Manager – Ottawa – OnPath Business Solutions

Let’s get you on the road to success at OnPath! OnPath is actively recruiting for Call Centre Manager to work in our call centre. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing call centre programs and be expected to work closely with the associated clients on the programs. Our clients include global organizations and household names, such as HP, Google, American Express, Street Capital, Export Development Canada and Panasonic.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Review of daily/weekly metrics (KPIs)
Managing staff to meet client and organizational targets as a member of the performance oriented management team;
Correspond with OnPath’s clients as needed to discuss deliverables;
Working with our Clients and staff to complete successful design, development, implementation of OnPath’s Marketing Service programs;
Ensure sales programs are completed on time and on budget;
Daily distribution of Opportunity Sales Reports, Leads and Appointments;
Verify the accuracy of hours and metrics for reporting purposes;
Manage and handle ad hoc internal and external requests;
Meet with clients and internal staff to discuss programs performance;
Investigate errors in leads, appointments and reports;
Working on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to improve overall process, systems and approaches to ensure that we are delivering even better services to our clients and in a more efficient and cost effective manner;
Conduct program specific training from time to time;
Perform Quality Assurance on programs as needed;
Working on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to sell additional and supplemental products and services to existing and potentially new clients in a profitable, cost-effective manner;
Participation and contribution to defined departmental activities aimed at improving internal processes.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with all facets of the organization, internal and external; Bilingual in French and English is an asset;
Minimum one year experience managing a sales team (call centre environment is an asset)
Previous experience with solution based selling;
Proven track record of achieving quota based objectives;
Ability to communicate with customer base and deliver practical understanding of customer needs and related solutions;
Strong leadership and motivational skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to be pro-active in anticipating challenges and finding solutions to said challenges;
Strong analytical skills;
Competent with MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
