As a Business Management Analyst you will be working with internal and external business partners, and teams on projects to enhance current operations by assessing, researching, analyzing and sampling.
Key Responsibilties:
Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standard
Plan the re-organization of operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline;
Must obtain CSC (Canadian Securities Course) credential;
Completion of related licensing courses held by CSI (Canadian Securities Institute) is an asset, e.g. CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook Course).
Experience:
Fluency in English, written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline;
Minimum one year work experience as a Business Management Analyst in Canada Financial Industry;
Work experience of Accounting Analyst and/or Data Analyst is an asset.
Be highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints
Able to work independently and in a team dynamic
Effective managing VBA language is required
